Lululemon’s Regent Street flagship in London stands as the brand’s largest store in the EMEA region, spanning an impressive 8,923 square feet. To complement its bold architectural statement, we crafted a lighting design that elevates the customer journey across two premium levels, creating an immersive, high-energy retail environment.

Our layered lighting strategy blends function and visual impact. A carefully orchestrated mix of narrow, medium, and wide-beam NORT GS track spotlights, paired with Steeler Line Recessed fixtures, delivered a harmonious ambient glow that enhanced the rich textures and vibrant tones of Lululemon’s activewear collection.

To support key touchpoints, Raider Bio with narrow and medium beams provided crisp, focused task lighting at the cashier areas and fitting rooms, ensuring clarity and comfort. Along the store’s perimeter, we integrated LED Neon Flex to amplify ambient light while drawing the eye to feature walls and merchandise displays, seamlessly blending form with function.

A stand-out feature of this store was the custom-made colour-changing staircase lighting, which was designed to elicit feelings of joy and flow, drawing customers up the impressive staircase to explore the first floor. The transcendent lighting feature emulated calm and encapsulated the aesthetic and brand identity of Lululemon.
