Focusing Service
It’s crucial to correctly position any adjustable lighting just before your store opens to ensure your products are perfectly lit. We have trained engineers available to visit every store we supply to focus the lighting.
Our engineers and lighting designers collaborate with your VM teams to understand the project design principles, adjust the lighting to implement the design intent, and ensure your team is satisfied with the results. We provide this service free of charge within the UK.
Profiled Stock Holding
Core to delivering our clients’ needs, is our commitment to holding the right stock at the right time.
We collaborate closely with you to understand your future demand projections. This way, we ensure we have the correct stock in our 10,000 sq. ft UK premises exactly when needed. This prevents delays in your programme due to light fitting deliveries.


Logistics and Delivery
Reliable team members operate our fleet of vans, knowing both our products and our clients well. We only use large national freight companies for small parcel deliveries. If our vans are busy, we use a local haulier who provides reliable door-to-door deliveries.
Clients want the same great lighting schemes whether their stores are in Munich or Manchester. When the UK left the EU, we became a VAT-registered business in the Netherlands, so we can fulfil clients, needs from the UK or the Netherlands, whichever is appropriate.
Labelling and Packaging
We make the installation process easier by labelling the boxes that house our products to match the drawing legend. No more trying to match up 15-digit codes. Instead, if you want a type ‘A’, simply grab a box from the pallet with an ‘A’ on it!
To help minimise waste going to landfills, when we deliver our goods in the UK, you’ll notice our labelling asking your installers to keep the packaging safe. That way, when we attend to carry out light focusing, we’ll collect the packaging and have it safely recycled back at our head office in Peterborough.
We asked all our suppliers to permanently remove the plastic bags from their packaging and we shred cardboard from packages and use it in the packaging of our biopolymers to protect them from damage when in transit.


Warranty Service
We carefully choose our lighting components to perform well and last. Our comprehensive 5-year parts and labour warranty supports this. Our warranty statement is simple and tells you what we’ll cover and what we can’t, although it’s pretty much everything except labour attendance at airports! There are no clever words, no wriggle room and we don’t count ‘burning hours’ which are notoriously difficult to calculate. All you need to do is send an email with a photo of the failed fitting with the store location and we’ll get the fitting replaced, free of charge for 5 years.
