GAIL’s Bakery

We have partnered with GAIL’S Bakery to create beautiful, sustainably focused bakeries again and again. The GAIL’s team embrace new ideas and commits to reducing their environmental impact whilst being respectful of the history of their buildings. Early adopters of our biopolymer range, they welcomed our first UK made biopolymer 3D printed spotlight, NORT, which debuted at GAIL’s Bakery Cambridge. Since then, GAIL’s has switched from traditional aluminium lighting to our biopolymer alternatives wherever possible.

Soho

This project was all about revitalising one of GAIL’s earliest sites. We enhanced the refurbished GAIL’s Bakery in Soho with NORT track spotlights, including a number with an LED bread module to boost the golden colours of the bread and pastries. Our biopolymer spotlight, with its stunning NonOilen Silk finish, played a key role in refreshing the rustic design and creating a visually captivating, warm ambience.

Cheshire Oaks

A stunning addition to GAIL’s bakeries is Cheshire Oaks. Large glass windows of the modern building created a bright and fresh feel complemented by the installation of Silk NORT track spotlights which seamlessly blended the interior’s warm tones across the two floors. Wide and narrow beams were used to enhance the indoor/outdoor aesthetic and craft a relaxing atmosphere.

Seven Dials

The Seven Dials bakery in Brighton sits in a distinctive teal wedge-shaped building. Silk NORT track spotlights blend perfectly with the deep green and cream colour palette – a nod to the Victorian tiled interiors. A mix of wide and narrow beams light up the menu and bakery section, while white medium beam Raider Micro recessed spotlights illuminate the seating areas to enhance the customer experience.
